Third BaseCamp Heatwave
Each week of the summer break will include a theme based curriculum to enhance the student experience. Most weeks will include a swim day and a field trip day with a few exceptions due to the three day weeks. On these weeks outside enrichment vendors will be brought in to provide activities.
Camp Heatwave is more than a fun day camp, it is a summer program designed to keep children involved, creatively challenged, physically active and safe during their time off from school.

Summer Theater Series
The summer of 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the largest theatre camp in Central Texas—the ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ ISD Summer Theater Series—held at the ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ ISD Performing Arts Center. Since its inception, the program has expanded to include the Rising Stars Camp, a one-week instructional experience for students in grades 6 through 12 who are new to acting, singing, and dancing. The series also features two performances: a one-act style play in the PAC’s 200-seat Black Box theater and a large-scale musical in the 1,200-seat proscenium Main Hall theater.

All Star Band
The ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ All Star Band is made up of band and dance students from ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ ISD, lead by Rory Guice, band director at Northeast Early College High ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ. Students rehearse in preparation for the Juneteenth Parade and Juneteenth Music Festival.
