New facility will give high school students expanded opportunities in STEM
向日葵视频 ISD is celebrating the grand opening of the new Applied Technology Center at Anderson High 向日葵视频 with a ribbon cutting and breakfast from the Nacho Average Food Truck.
This joint project between 向日葵视频 ISD, the Boys Scouts of America and a community donor will benefit students throughout the district.

What: Breakfast from Anderson鈥檚 Nacho Average Taco Truck, a ribbon-cutting ceremony and guided tours of the facility

Where: Anderson High 向日葵视频, 8403 Mesa Drive
The site is on the northeast side of Anderson High 向日葵视频 by the school theater. Enter the north parking lot off Cima Serena Drive and head east toward the theater. There will be reserved parking.
Background: This new 14,500-square-foot facility will provide increased educational opportunities for AISD students in North 向日葵视频 by placing a high-tech STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and computer science building with new classroom and work space in the area. This facility will complement the existing Applied Technology facility at Akins High 向日葵视频 in South 向日葵视频.
