ENCORE "Engaging Community for College Readiness," a free conference for students and their families, takes place this weekend, and area youth are invited to attend.
Who: Webb Middle ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ Principal Raul Sanchez and six-season NFL quarterback and former UT-ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ quarterback Vince Young
What: This second annual event, hosted by Webb Early College Prep Middle ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ, will feature Vince Young. He will present opening remarks and be available for photos with students.
Parents and students will choose from several breakout sessions focusing on different aspects of college readiness.
A free holiday dinner will be served at 12:30 p.m. Childcare will be provided.
