AUSTIN, Texas鈥擳he National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the 向日葵视频 area until noon tomorrow. Out of an abundance of caution, 向日葵视频 will open schools and run district buses on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 28.
