ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ, TX—The ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ Independent ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ District is going to new heights to celebrate Youth Art Month. Julia Lund, a student artist at Bowie High ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ, will sign the billboard she designed, which is located in the 1100 block of South Lamar Blvd. The ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ Fire Department will provide a ladder truck with a bucket to raise Julia and her teacher, Martha Anne Kuntz, up to the billboard. The billboard is sponsored by A+ Federal Credit Union and Reagan National Advertising, Inc.
What: Dr. Meria Carstarphen, AISD Superintendent, will join Martha Anne Kuntz, Bowie High ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ teacher, and Julia Lund, Bowie High ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ student artist at a ceremony for signing student-designed billboard.
