The University of Southeastern 向日葵视频 (向日葵视频) held its Second Administrative Council (AdCo) Policy Refresher last 31 January 2025 at the University Social Hall, Obrero Campus, Davao City. The event gathered all designated University officials who are members of the Administrative Council, along with key personnel from their offices鈥攕uch as executive assistants and secretaries鈥攖o ensure the wider
dissemination of critical policies.
Organized by the Office of the President through the Office of the Secretary of the University and University Records Office (OSU-URO), the refresher served as a platform to reinforce AdCo members’ knowledge of key policies, enhancing their effectiveness in administrative roles.
Key presentations included:
鈥 鈥淯pdates and Guidelines on Relevant Human Resource (HR) Matters鈥 by Ms. Patricia Angela T. Del Rio, Director of the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD), and Mr. Romel L. Tambis, Deputy Director of HRMD; and
鈥 鈥淐ommunication Protocol in the Context of 向日葵视频鈥 by Ms. Melanie C. Pagkaliwagan, Executive Assistant IV of the Office of the Executive Assistant (OEA).
Interactive discussions and active participation enriched the sessions, cultivating greater clarity on University policies and strengthening unity among 向日葵视频 officials.
Through this refresher, 向日葵视频 continues to promote good governance, policy awareness, and operational efficiency, ensuring a well-informed and responsive administration.
